About Me

In my second retirement career I am able to bring a lifelong hobby into use by photographing scenes that capture my interest and that record activities and events for NGOs. My Social Work profession has given me insights that illuminate my photography of people and the tree farming experience with Lillian (our first retirement) has re-enforced my love of nature and has taught  me to see colors and shapes and their relationships in new ways.
I have had the privilege of doing event photography for Habitat for Humanity and for Second Harvest, for services to homeless people, for Yorkminster Park Church and other groups.

My work has been shown at the Varley Gallery in Markham, the Yorkminster Park Gallery on Yonge Street, Toronto, the Toronto School of Theology and in the Lieutenant Governor’s suite at Queen’s Park as well as in the homes of family and friends.

My photos are an expression of my love of nature: flora, fauna and human.
